    I was using enhanced ecommerce plugin and I disabled it to try using Yoast.

    I was using Yoast Analytics w/eCommerce plugin.

    I then disabled Yoast Analytics and went back to enhanced ecommerce but it stopped tracking my data.

    Have you come across this? I don’t want to give my store details but would like to know if you can help. I would also buy the premium plugin if this gets worked out since its better than what I paid for Yoast eCommerce.

    Hi,

    We have not encountered such issue before. To troubleshoot it further, we would have to analyze your store and identify where the issue is.

    If you cannot provide live store details, is it possible for you to install the plugin on a dummy store and we can test that?
