Installed Plugin but can’t see in plugins list

Hi, I was just testing your plugin and I installed in on my site, but it’s so strange it doesn’t appear in my plugin’s list? But it’s there on my site.

I’d like to remove it (I needed a plugin to show my _posts table including my custom post types).
