• Hiya,

    So I’ve installed the plugin as i wanted to start orders on my current project from 1.

    I went to make an order after activating and the transaction went to PayPal however states no items or cost in pay-pal. Checking the back-end order status, and there are now no orders being created at all.

    I’ve tried disabling the plugin, however still no joy. Any idea how i can fix this? My store has taken many hours to input all the products, variable prices etc, and really don’t want to re-install.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having with your site! We haven’t had any reports of issues with PayPal transactions or orders not being created with this plugin active. If you’re still having issues even after deactivating the plugin then it most certainly is not the cause of the problems, it has no effect when deactivated, WordPress ensures this.

    Something else, some other plugin or custom code in functions.php is going to be the culprit here. I’d recommend to start by disabling your other plugins one at a time and placing test orders so you can identify which plugin is breaking your site.

    If you find out which plugin is causing you problems please post back here in case it’s helpful to others.
