Installed plugin and immediately my website has a 503 error

I installed this plugin and immediately my website started to display a 503 error code. I am unable to login in through wp-admin because of the error to uninstall it. I tried to login in through cPanel and uninstall it through softalucous and it won’t let me deactivate it or uninstall it. How can I resolve this? My site has been down for 2 days now.
