Installed on BuddyBoss Email Tokens not Working

Hello – I’m afraid I can’t provide support for the use of the plugin within BuddyBoss. In my experience, they make some changes to the way that email templates are handled, which are hard for me to debug from the outside. I recommend reaching out to their support team to discuss your problem with email tokens.

This is such an amazing plugin, unfortunately I am also with Buddyboss platform.

I just have a question?

On Buddyboss platform, the only one that is working for me is the “ALL Email” or NO EMails. All I want to find out is, if it’s possible that i can remove the other 3 options entirely. If you can point me to the code that sets the various options please? I can change this for my site only?

I just want give the user the option of NO EMAIL or ALL emails at least? and if you can point me in the right direction.

Hi @knowitallnz – The easiest way is to unhook the BPGES functions that create the settings markup, and then provide your own that removes the unwanted options.

This would have to happen in a number of places:

I think it would be a fantastic addition to the plugin if there were a central place where you could filter which levels are available. I’ll open a ticket for this on GitHub and see if I can get time to build it, or get someone else to do it ??
