installed OK, but settings page is blank

The plug-in installs fine but when I go to the Settings page its completely blank (…/wp-admin/tools.php?page=mediafromftp). WordPress 4.1.1 with Themeco “X” theme, running on Windows…in case it matters.
suggestions?
