Installed new theme

  • Hello
    my client today purchased paid theme with name jannah and sent to me file VIA email and i have installed that successfully that theme on wordpress as well. but that theme not working fine like developer showed at preview link :/ [ redundant link removed ]

    i try to found at youtube or google even contact with jannah support that support is off for few days :/

    so from which place i get this help ?

    for a theme that was purchased (i.e. not from www.remarpro.com themes repository), the appropriate place for guidance to get the theme setup is the theme Jannah specific support team.

    is this the theme documentation?
