I’m running WordPress on a dedicated Rackspace cloud server. Core, all of my themes, and all of my other plugins are up-to-date.

When I try to active Jetpack, I get the “you need to connect to WordPress.com” message. I enter in my username and password and then my admin goes white screen of death.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin. Same result. I’ve used FTP to deactivate the plugin but I’d like to get this running again.

    Thoughts?

Try checking your site’s error logs for messages.

Rackspace checked the error logs and found that we had reached the PHP memory limit. We increased the limit and the site is working fine now. Thank you for your help
