Installed, how do it get to Control Panel/Dashboard etc

Hi,

Ive just activated wordpress on my hosting package that came from Register1.net.

The blog is located at https://www.performanceitalia.co.uk/blog

I can see the basic blog but cant see how and where i can log in/see the dasboard etc?
