• I installed the Gigya Socialize plugin and now it seems I have been locked out of the admin page and my blog entirely.

Is there a way to bypass the redirect, or uninstall the plugin from the root folder?

What area of my root files could i rewrite to regain access.

    Really need help.
    Thanks

  • The only thing I could suggest, is going to your plugins directory via ftp and deleting the plugin folder for gigya, if obviously it was installed as a plugin. If not and you edited code, then remove said edited code.

I had a similar problem and fixed it by deleting the plugin folder, then moved over to the wibiyar bar myself.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you jamcom.
The concern I had before deleting the plugin folder was whether it had rewritten any of my actual login source files.

If you solved it that way then I will most certainly do so.
    Thanks a million.
    I will let you know.

    Hey jamcom,
It appears as if the script has already been implemented, so the results were the same, no access.

I re-installed the plugin directory and i am going to try to figure out where in the “login redirect commands” i could probably change in the gs-for wordpress.php file.

    I will let you know.
    Thanks for the inspiration.
