    Hi, I’ve added a new name for the default option and it’s not updated it.

    I’ve unticked ‘Sort by popularity’, but it’s still there.

    What do I need to do to fix this?

    I understand that you unselected some sorting options, but they were still showing up. Did you make sure to update the changes to the site after removing the sorting options? Also, do you have any sort of caching or optimization plugins enabled on the site?

    Hello,

    No, we don’t have any cache or optimisation plguins.

    We made the changes in Appearance > Customise and then clicked the ‘Publish button. Is there anything else we should do?

    Hey there @richesio,

    Thank you for confirming there are no caching plugins and that you are publishing changes! I attempted to duplicate this error on a test site, but it behaved correctly. To be sure, if you want to remove a default option, you actually need to select it. Please see my screenshot: https://cloud.skyver.ge/d5uJR5mx
