    Get the following message when plugin activated
    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, first array member is not a valid class name or object in /home/nikkeo42/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298

    The wp-admin menu item wont go away when I delete the plugin either

    From the error you posted, we feel that some other plugin or theme is causing conflict.
