Installed but can’t see the buttons

  • I installed the app, cleared the cache but still don’t see the buttons on my site. Do you have videos on how to install it? In addition, I only see one page for settings, very basic settings, is that normal? Also, how can I make my questions private? I don’t want it out-there.
