Installed but admin screen is blank

Plugin installed but the link in the admin menu that goes to this page – admin.php?page=wp-responsive-faq-settings – is just blank when I click on it.
If I use Firebug to inspect the source code of the admin page, the div class=wrap is completely empty (i.e. no content was generated or placed from the plugin).
The admin menu flyouts are also non-functional (all of them) which makes me suspect a JS clash as the cause.
