Second, YES, I reviewed the installation instructions.
Thirdly, no, I don’t have time for support for a plugin that I’ve ALREADY replaced with, one which required no extensive instructions, nor support. Another plugin which worked from the get-go, no issues, no hassles… And certainly NO wise-[immature word] like yourself.
Suggestion: DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING. In particular, that your customers and users are either illiterate, ignorant, or submissive to your [immature word] remarks.
Grow up and be professional. Not all reviews will be 5 stars. And by the looks of it, considering your total lack of respect towards someone you know NOTHING ABOUT. This will not be the last time you receive a not-so-rewarding review.
