This is the second website I’ve added your plugin to. The first one went to work like a champion.

I’ve added an accordion and 4 titles with descriptions. I then inserted the supplied shortcode and updated the page. Nothing shows up at all.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • hi @sonfisher ,

as i can see the accordian is showing on ur url..

    thanks.

Sonfisher! Did you find out what was happening and how you fixed it?

I installed, activated, created several accordions — put the accordion shortcut on page …. AND NOTHING.

Says “missing content”… is that what was happening to you?

What did you do to get your accordion to show up on your page? I’m so bunned – spent hours on this — I’m at a loss. No one is returning my support ticket help –

@bakeitorbreakit the problem I saw in my original post “magically” went away on it’s now. However another site I manage has now cropped up with errors:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /*****/wp-content/plugins/responsive-accordion-and-collapse/front/ac-content.php on line 13

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /*****/wp-content/plugins/responsive-accordion-and-collapse/front/ac-content.php on line 58

OMG…I literally laughed out loud when I read your “magic”. I told my husband… SEE. I had that magic moment too. Five hours later it appears the account was fixed and the accordion loaded — BUT all the test data was gone.

I thought I was now ok (even if I had to put the content back in), until I tried to nestle an accordion. Now I’m getting an extra “content missing” item at the bottom of the page — and there’s is code at the bottom of the page:

    </p>” } },{ “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “ASIA”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “” } },{ “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “OCEANIA”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “” } },{ “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “EUROPE”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “” } },{ “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “NORTH AMERICA”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “” } },{ “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “SOUTH AMERICA”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “” } }] }

Did you ever get something like that?

I deleted the search option — nothing is working. I’m so bunned. Their three directions for nestled accordion and one photo… is ridiculous. I feel like they created a plugin that only works on wordpress free themes (or that they never actually used it).

I’m pretty seasoned when it comes to themes and plugins and this one has me completely confused. It should work!

And the customer support is horrible. I get not being in the office on the weekend, but to not reply to an email or a forum post on their own site -for a paid plugin, there’s no excuse. PLUS everyone is HOME RIGHT NOW!!!!

    hi @sonfisher ,

please dont use special character in content area or title..

    thanks

I didn’t – it was country, state or city names- no special characters.

    hi @bakeitorbreakit ,
