installation warnings

downloaded WP yesterday, uploaded to /blog folder and run from chrome. i am getting some warnings:
at the very end of the warnings it says run install, however when i click this it just takes me back to https://www.greywolfstudio.com/blog where i originally started and when i do it over it just runs in circles like this.
any idea?
