installation – uploading to directory ?

I am fairly new to WP. When installiing the plugin the direction says this:
Upload the folder pricing-deals-for-woocommerce to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your site.
How do I upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory?
