I tried installing the plugin on my website, but this keeps failing. I get the error message:
    nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_addgallery_page/static/plupload-2.1.1/jquery.plupload.queue/css/jquery.plupload.queue.css

Therefor, I checked on my FTP if there was already a folder there, but nothing is there named NextGEN. How can I install this plugin on my website? Downloading the .zip-file and uploading doesn’t work either.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@menno80 – This is usually due to a hiccup in the WordPress routine updating the plugin and will be caused by a file/folder not being removed during the process. If you have checked via an FTP client to see there is no nextgen-gallery folder under your plugins folder then it could be a caching issue.

If this problem has persisted, please contact your web host to have them insure that the folder is definitely not there.

    Thanks!

Problem has been solved with your new version (.46). I was successfull with uploading this, without changing a thing.

@menno80 – Thanks for the update. I suspect in this case it was cache related.
