Installation successful, and then unexpected error occurred

what type of error you getting.

I keep getting this error message everytime I try to do a search through the Featured / Newest / Latest themes: “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Try again”

This error can be on server-side issue. First of, try to check your firewall if it’s blocking your connection. Or it could be an issue with the www.remarpro.com itself. Did you try to search for themes again after some time? Did you get the same result? May be your install has some problem so try and replace all files folders from a fresh download except wp-content folder and wp-config.php file

thank you guys for the solutions! i replaced and uploaded everything again but this didn’t work, still getting the errors.

If your server is in some VPS,cloud or your own server check the apache log.
If it is webhosting then if webhosting company is providing the logs ,check logs again. It might be possible the problem with PHP or Server configuration.

Yeah! I really think that this is an issue with the server. Have you tried the solution from the link I gave you? They have a solution that actually works for me. I also got the same error message that you got and just ping the api.www.remarpro.com and see if it works. Let us know so we can find more solutions for you.
