Installation Successful and Login but do not see posts, theme or anything on pag

I installed WordPress successfully and I am able to log in and design my blog. So I begin to do that, but when I go to visit my site. There isnt anything there. I preview my theme and I do not see anything also. Where is my error or what can I do to solve this. Thank you.
