Installation step2 does not work

Hi,

i already created 4 web sites with WP, i never had this problem… :

I created a new database with a new user in the cPanel. I configured the config.php with the db name, user and password and i added all wp files to my server.

I go to the https://www.intergayhiv.com/wp-admin/install.php, i add all necessary data (see here : https://www.intergayhiv.com/step1.jpg), then i click ok but i get only an error page (see here : https://www.intergayhiv.com/step2.jpg).

What is going on, any idea ?
