Installation step not completing

    Hi,

    I use this plugin to add custom codes in all of my sites, but this is the first time I am getting this error while setting up installation, there are total 5 point happen during installtion, but at step 4 “Add WordPress built-in scripts and styles as CJT Templates so it can be used via Templates Lookup form.” , its hangup and shows the waiting animation infinite, means installation hanged at step 4 and these last two steps not get completed, even after removing and reinstalling, this happen. What should I do to make this plugin get installed in the site ?

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.
    Are you able to provide me with the error from the logs? Can you tell me if there is anything different from the other sites that work to the site where you are having installation issues? For example, are there any other plugins installed? Do you have a security plugin for this site? Or is the .htaccess file different – e.g. contains more security/directives, etc.
    Can you tell me what your PHP memory is set to? Increasing this memory can resolve some cases.
