I’ve just installed this plugin and started to follow the instructions but got stopped in my tracks when I went to https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit It – it says to inform the developer. I have no idea what to do after this.

There is also an error in red on the settings page – 250002: Invalid Authentication Information

How do I get past this – I’m no expert by the way.

    Hi @sb1202,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Did you already register your UPS account in the same country where your WooCommerce store is registered?

If so you should be able to authenticate our plugin using the OAuth method. On the plugin settings page, choose the OAuth in the API Type and click Authorize. You’ll be redirected to UPS website to log in and grant access to our plugin.

Once it’s done, you’ll be able to display UPS Live Rates in your store.

The other API Type you’re referring to, API Access Key – XML API, is being replaced by OAuth. Therefore, following the UPS current standards, we’re also recommending this method to all new users.

Please confirm if that solved the issue.

    Kind regards,

    Piotrek
