Installation Problems with WP 6.7.1

  • Hi, tried to install your plugin (did it on several pages before without problems) but now the entries are not saved, documents can’t be selected – no banner appears…any idea what can be done?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The console is actually showing jQuery issues that are causing errors in Complianz. This could be affecting other plugins too. I suggest debugging this with a plugin like WP-Debugging to understand what is going wrong.

    Hello antoiub,
    Thank you for your reply. I have now installed the plugin in version 6.5.6. The installation worked as usual. Now I am waiting for an update of the current version. I have also tried it on my test server – fresh installation not possible. Fields are missing in the wizard and saving is not possible. No banner appears either.
