    Hey Guys

    Thanks for your plugin.
    i have some problems getting it to work.
    after installing, two links appear in the sidebar. “settings” and “add new term category”, but no “add term”.
    on the other admin pages there’s a notice telling me “You are just one step away – Complete ‘Glossary’ Activation Now” that leads me to the settings page but without any option to “activate”.
