installation overridden by domain provider

Hello, apologies if this is a repeat of an issue already solved, I did search but couldn’t find anything!

I’ve uploaded wordpress to my database, and it is stored in:

https://www.ideometer.co.uk/web/content/

So I’m assuming to install, I need to enter this into the browser.

The problem is that whenever I try to do this, I’m redirected to the company website that provided my domain and not the WordPress installation window. I’m guessing the address must be wrong or something simple like that, but I can’t figure it out -.- any suggestions?
