Installation of Progress Map Plugin Wiped Out my Badges?

I’ll try to make this short and sweet. I have been working with BadgeOS to create a series of badges and achievement types for my website. Having all of that setup, and all the badges viewable on my website at /badges was working fine for weeks. Today I activated the lederboard plugin and installed it on the customized member pages (built with BuddyPress) using Cornerstone. That was fine. Then when I activated the Progress Map add-on, the BadgeOS sub-list that had been viewable in the sidebar was changed and shows about half of the previous options. Now Badges, Quests, Achievement Types and more are gone. *POOF* I deactivated the Progress map but all my work did not revert, and I still cannot see the full menu of BadgeOS options. I have no idea what is happening or how to fix it. Please help!
