    Hi to all,
I having the following issues after installing.

    1. Menu links and Footer links appends the page title/category automatically resulting in 404 error.
eg A footer link on home page is https://www.example.com/faq
then same footer link on faq page changes to https://www.example.com/faq/faq
    (On uninstalling the issue disappears)

    2. On open registration, the members doesn’t get to log in as soon as he registers. He needs to wait the approval of the admin to verify the membership. Is there a way to automate to direct access.

    3. Upon login, a member gets a admin bar at the top. Can I change the howdy tag and change the tiny search icon at the far right. Any css changes to the front end admin (only) possible??

    1. That sounds like a conflict with your theme or another plugin. You could try, first, just re-saving permalinks. If that doesn’t work, then try changing to the default theme and deactivating all your other plugins. Then re-save permalinks. If things are now as they should be, you had a conflict. Turn things on again one by one to discover the culprit.

    2. Again, that sounds like something that’s caused by another plugin. Do you have a security plugin set up, or one that controls comments? You could check WP’s Settings -> General and Settings -> Discussion pages too.

    3. s2Member doesn’t include that capability, but you can always add another plugin to do that. Just use the plugin search, using the search term change howdy, and you’ll find lots of options.

Alternatively, the plugin Admin Bar Disabler will enable you to control who sees the admin bar.

    Thanks @kts915

    1. the problem still exists. Tried doing the things. on default theme the error vanished only to reappear on weaver Xtreme.
But I tried appending the http// to all the links. It works now.
hope this is a viable solution.
I’ll be needing some dynamic url member profile link later on. The php links does shows the errors leading to 404.

    2. It worked. Earlier on, I had disabled commenting.

    3. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll give it a try.

    Thanks a lot.

On (1), since the problem disappeared when you changed theme, you need to talk to your theme developer.
