    @wayneb200 It would be great to get more information on this issue. Would you be able to share some the following which we can add to the related open GitHub issue.
    XHR response
    – Your Site Health information
    – Any console errors which are appearing

    Any of the above would be helpful. For your own issue can you check if disconnecting the Analytics module and connecting again resolves the issue. Alternatively check your Site Kit dashboard from a new browser incognito window?

    @wayneb200 Thanks for the update. In order to troubleshoot further can you let me know the following:
    – Do you have ModSecurity setup at host level on your website?
    – Who is your hosting provider?

    Thread Starter wayneb200

    (@wayneb200)

    Host provider: siteground
    ModSecurity is installed on all of the shared servers and updated security rules weekly

    (@jamesosborne)

    @wayneb200 There is an open GitHub issue in relation to ModSecurity. Are you able to check with ModSecurity temporarily disabled, or by attempting the workaround from this ticket?

    @wayneb200 we’ve just released version 1.1.0 and advise updating. It would be great if you could let us know if your issue is resolved or reply with any further information. Thanks!

    still not resolved

    Added this below uninstalled and reinstalled reconnected and still grey screens

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecRuleRemoveByID 000245
    </IfModule>

    @wayneb200 thanks for the update. If you’d like you can try to disconnect and reconnect either Adsense or Analytics modules, which sometimes restores the data. Security plugins that block URLs have also been known to cause this issue. We’re actively investigating this issue for a more permanent fix, we’ll keep you updated on the thread.

    @wayneb200 Can you inform me of the following:
    – What security plugins are you using?
    – Do you see any console errors, if so can you share?

    In addition would it be possible for you to check Site Kit installation on a clean WordPress install using the same web host?

We have made some significant upgrades to the plugin as of version 1.1.2. I believe this update will resolve your issue with the dashboard not displaying/populating.

    Can you inform me that Site Kit is working as expected after updating?
