    Hi!

It happens sometimes. This error message means that Polylang could not write to the database. Try repairing it.

Hi Chouby, could you please specify the problem more? Is it possible to install languages manually? I tried to repair the DB, but no luck… I want to install on an existing page so I need to figure it out…

I’ve found a workaround! If anyone has the same problem:

Try to install some older version of the plugin (e.g. 1.0). Then delete all languages and install again. Update your plugin to the newest version. Voila!

Thanks for a great plugin guys!

Hi, in my case there was one of the CF7 additional plugins that caused the error. A new language is partly recorded that prevents to add it again even if the conflict plugin is disabled. The trick is to restore the database from backup (before the add language attempt), then disable suspected plugins (CF7, Bootstrap for CF7, CF7 Polylang Extension), add language, activate plugins.

    Hope it helps someone.
