Installation in sub-directory – broken links

    I have successfully installed wordpress ina sub-directory so now it shows here:

    mywebsitename.com/blog.

    I can do all through the admin interface and I can post blogs but I see the all the links are broken.

    I may click on previous posts or the archives and the pages are not found.

    For example if I click on archive the link is broken and it takes this form:

    mywebsitename.com/blog/date/2008/11/

    What is wrong?
