Installation guide not helpful at all

  • I followed the installation guide provided by the plugin and the plugin was not active on my site. Due to this I would not recommend using this plug in.

    I am Elvina from team Brainstorm Force and I am sorry to hear that you weren’t able to get Astra widgets working for you.

    This seems to be strange and a rare thing that occurred since we haven’t heard of it before.

    Can you please try installing it again and let us know how it goes? Or you can download the plugin from here and install it on your website manually.

    In case that does not work too, I’d request you to please open a support thread showing us what exactly is happening so we can look into that and help.
