installation fails

    Here are some possible solutions:

    1. Check that the plugin isn’t already installed. See Plugins in the navigation menu
    2. Also check your Inactive plugins – click on Inactive in the upper menu and see if Optin Forms is listed
    3. Login to your FTP server and navigate to the wp-contents/plugins/ folder. See if optin-forms folder exists. If so, delete it and try to install the plugin again
    4. Do you have multiple blog running under a network? Check if your blog URL (under Settings > General) and .htaccess file are configured correctly.
