Installation Failed: Folder Exists

    I am trying to install the CleanTalk Security / Malware plugin, and I guess maybe it was installed before because there is a folder on my server and it is preventing the plugin from being installed.

    On the ADD PLUGINS page in my WordPress site it says this: “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    Can you assist?

    I FIXED IT!

    I went to my Plesk Server, and deleted a folder in WP CONTENTS < PLUGINS called “SECURITY-MALWARE” or something like that.

    This is a fairly important thing you may want to put some sort of reply up for support.
