Installation failed: Could not copy file.

  • Hi there,

    I get the following installation errors when trying to install this plugin directly from www.remarpro.com via the admin panel:
    – Installation failed: Could not copy file. post-smtp/style/testEmail.html
    – Installation failed: Could not copy file. post-smtp/style/snail-mail-email-explained.jpg

    When refreshing the page and then trying to install the plugin again, it just gives a new file that could apparently not be copied.
    This is a weird one…

    Hope you are doing good.

    That’s probably server permission, security, firewall, issue.
    Try contacting your hosting provider and discussing with them.
    There is also a possible lack of disk space in the web hosting account. You should check on the available space in your account. WordPress needs enough space to download the plugin, unzip it, and then move the files across.
