when there is damage I delete and then reinstall the plugin, when I want to install the description the plugin cannot be installed because an error occurred. Sorry, I’ve temporarily removed it for installation, but I’m interested in installing and turning it back on. Thank you for the help
Also, did you receive any email to your admin email address when the activation fails?
If the above method fails, and assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
If you receive any error message via email or in the browser while activating the plugin do share that with us so we can pinpoint the exact issue and provide further insights.
