    Hey @delrealsauto,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

It sounds like there are still some files or directories that weren’t deleted, causing the /bb-plugin directory to still be present on your site.

If you have FTP access to your site, you can delete the directory manually under /wp-content/plugins/bb-plugin. Or if you aren’t sure, you can get in touch with your hosting. They should be able to do it for you. ??

Let us know how it goes!

    Hey @delrealsauto,

That would be correct! Currently, the error you’re getting it caused by how the /bb-plugin directory is still present on your site, but most of its files are already deleted so it’s no longer functional. ??

    Hi there,

I have had Beaver Builder on my site since I remember but at some point recently, the plugin disappeared from my plugins list. When trying to re-install it, I got the same “Installation failed” error. I do not have FTP access through my GoDaddy Managed WordPress product so I’m unable to go in and delete the file myself. GoDaddy is saying my only recourse is to purchase their WordPress Premium Support, but the issue is solely with this plugin error. Are you able to help me with a solution?

I appreciate all your time and help with this matter.

    Hey @baugustus,

Do they not offer FTP access for your account? Can you send us a note via the form below(General Inquiry) and we’ll take it from there?

You can include a link to this thread to we can keep it updated. ??
