Hi! I’ll apologise now as I must be being really stupid but I cannot get this plugin to function.

I have a fully working osTicket installation running in a separate folder to my WordPress install. I have a fully working WordPress install.

I’ve installed the plugin and input the correct settings – the landing page has been automatically created with the content:

Place Holder – DO NOT DELETE – osTicket-WP-Bridge

When I visit the landing page, I see nothing at all though. And when I visit the ‘Support Tickets’ tab of the plugin, I can see that there are 11 tickets but the page just displays ‘No Tickets Found’.

Does anyone have any pointers, or possible a step-by-step quide that might help me see where I’ve gone wrong?

    Thanks, Jason

    Hello,

    First of all:
which OSTicket version are you using?

you need to select the correct version in our plugin settings.

Once set you should be able to see everything.
the shortcodes and step installations can be found under the “installation” part of this wp plugin page.

We are planning to make a better (with images) detailed guide on a separate site dedicated for this plugin however have not had the time to finish it yet.

    Regards,
    Marco

Thanks for the quick reply! I’m using osTicket 1.9.7, WordPress 4.1.1 and Key4ce osTicket Bridge 1.9.2.

    Is this the problem?!

    Thanks,

    Jason

get the latest Key4ce osticket bridge –> then check the settings and set it to osticket version 1.9.5.1 => then it should work
