Installation error in Bluehost

    I found

    The following errors were found :
    Could not unzip the Language files.
    Could not make the query numbered : 6
    MySQL Error No : 1273
    MySQL Error : Unknown collation: ‘utf8mb4_unicode_ci’

    Please resolve the problem?

    How were you doing the install, manually, or through a cPanel application?

    Was this a new install? From looking at the error it seems more like you were migrating data.

    Im also havin the error “Could not unzip the Language files.” Im installing via cPanel. Any advice?

    as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. That way you stand a good chance of getting full attention to your specific issue. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.

    What you were doing when you got that error?
    Have you discussed the MySQL Error with your hosting provider?

    Yes ive contacted my hosting provider and they have solved the problem.
