Plugin and theme nstallation error

  • Hi,
    I’m trying to install some plugins and themes on my wordpress site, however I get a notification asking me to input my connection information. I enter my correct details, but it throws an error saying ‘Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.’.
    I’ve tried to reinput my data several times but the same message is displayed.
    Please let me know what I should do to resolve this.

    For any plugin I try to install it asks me for the connection information. But after I enter the details it shows an error saying invalid username or password. But I am entering the correct details.
