    We are currently preparing a multi-site installation, but the plugin is not working, the plugin is installed but when it is activated it does not appear in the woocommerce options to configure it.

    What may be generating this error?

  • Hi,

    If please make sure you have enabled shipping in woocommerce General settings, if that’s enabled and still not working then you’ll have to deactivate the plugin and woocommerce in Network admin and activate on the subsites.
