    I installed from the in-dashbaord installer, and the next page was a white screen error. Website not accessable. I had to remove the plugin with ftp. Also tested on a second installation of wordpress 6, same error. Disappoint-since I cannot now use the pro version which I paid for.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I have tested the ShopEngine plugin by installing it on Fresh WordPress 6.0 environment but couldn’t be able to trace any issues there. The plugin got installed and activated properly without any Error. I am using the Hello Elementor as a Theme and the activated plugins are WooCommerce and Elementor.

    Since everything is working properly in my development environment, maybe there is something on your end that is preventing the ShopEngine to work properly. Can you please share the steps to reproduce the issue along with your System Information(Elementor > System Info)? If you don’t want to disclose any sensitive information(Email or Site Address) from the System Info, then Please remove those before sharing that here.

    I will check everything properly and get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

    seems to indeed be a conflict with the CERATO theme, any advice to debug why?

    Hello There,

    If the issue is only happening with the theme you’re using then we can’t help you regarding this matter as we don’t have control over there code. You can try any default theme or Hello Elementor theme or Astra theme. If you face the same issue with those theme please let us know. We will be glad to help you.
