Installation and use is a complete mystery

  • If you enjoy guessing how to use something and love software that does it’s very best to hide the ‘how to guides’ then you will absolutely love this plugin. No help, not intuitive and a complete mystery on how to add it to your WordPress site. I cannot believe it has 4.9 out 5. It might be good if you can fathom out how to add it to your website.
    Sadly, after a few hours, I am giving up. 10 years plus WordPress experience, and this one has my colleagues and I stumped.
    Good luck, and if you manage to figure it out, then let the developers know so they can add it to Plugin.

    @gosteve The setup process is quite simple with a step by step guide clearly in the Setup screen. It is very clear with short concise instructions and very obviously placed.

    Many thousands of users have managed to check their Place ID and create the API Key with Google, giving them direct access to Google’s data without sending any personal information to third parties.

    Maybe a quick message on the forum to help with the installation if you found it so difficult? I offer very prompt support for everyone who posts here.

    If you’ve come this far in 10 years, I suggest exploring a drastically different career path that’s a closer match to your technical ability level.
