sorry , I am not sure if it is plugin or not , I just would like to use article directory for article sharing .

What kind of article sharing are you wanting to do? That might be a better question.

I just would like to use wordpress as our organization’s guideline , I have to use it.

WordPress is certainly a great and very flexible platform and there are probably several plugins you could use – depending on what you want.

But to start with, you’ll need to set up hosting (unless you will be using your own server?), install WP (see link above), get the site set up the way you want and install any plugins for the articles or anything else you need.

To run WordPress your host just needs a couple of things:

PHP version 5.2.4 or greater
MySQL version 5.0 or greater

MySQL version 5.0 or greater <<== mysql have different products , is it need mysql server or any else ?

Share with who? Where? Cpanel doesn’t have anything directly to do with WordPress – it’s not required.

I’m not familiar with it. No plugin for it either. So, depending on what you mean by “work with” you’ll likely have to hire someone. That is, IF it’s even possible.
