I found the documentation – sorry! Have disabled all plugins and changed the permissions, but to no avail.

    Any other advice?

Are you not seeing anything at all other than the shortcode? If the plugin is installed and activated (and so visible within the admin), then you should see the store and the demo products.

If you can see the store but all the links lead to blank pages then this is because we have recently made a security update but some of the files were missed of the updated plugin. They can be found here:

No – literally just the shortcode.

Everything else is installed at the backend, but it’s just not displaying front end?

Please verify the shortcode, if it is incorrect in any way you will not see the store:
    [WP_online_store]

I didn’t have capital letters for the WP!
All working now, just need to install the updates as the links have blank pages.

    Thanks ??

Okay, I updated all the files and I’m still getting blank pages from the product links?

    Anything else I can do?

    URL is https://www.djdispensary.com/merchandise

We had some issues with some files while we recently did a security update. The updated files can be found via this link, or, if you haven’t done any work on your store yet, you may be able to disable then delete the plugin and then re-download from wordpress once again (I think the updated files are not on the wordpress server.)

As I mentioned above, I have followed this – uploaded the new files in your fix and it’s still not working?

It looks like the html_output.php is out of date. Please start a ticket via the link under the ‘pre-sale’ department and include your FTP access and I will verify the files.

Thanks – have sent a ticket!

Hi I have got my own ecommerce site and is quite complicated. I then found word press as a blog. Like! Then I saw you can add a shop (saw woo and liked a lot) BUT I needed to download my CSV files for my Tradedoubler and other affiliate products so this store was good for me…

SO I thought? where do I put that code? The short code thing? Got no products showing at all (not even demo) so please explain in detail how you get this show working? WHere does the code go? I opened a page and code goes into text or visual? Really unsure why this is not working?

Would like to make a success of this so please help?

Two ways to Insert your new store into your site

    1. Just add the shortcode [WP_online_store] to your new page/post. I would advise adding the shortcode when in the ‘Text’ (HTML) page editor.

    2. Create a new page/post and in the page editor (WYSIWYG) you will see a shopping cart icon just click it to add your store.
NOTE: If you using a third party WYSIWYG in WordPress (E.G.TinyMCE) the cart icon might not appear, so just use the shortcode.

If, after adding the shortcode to a published page, you still do not see any store on the front end of your site, then there may be a clash with the theme you are using (thsi happens occasionally, but not often). Try changing you theme to the standard twentytwelve which comes with wordpress to verify the store function.
