installation

It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet. Try running install.php.

that message appear as i try to visit my blog

.. ive been in the install.php in my cpanel but there is not install button there , there is only edit , move , delete buttons .

1. do i just have to click the filename or the folder beside ?

2. do i have to view the file and edit or input something like configuring it to my site address ?

pls help me . also pls email you answer to my email , just send it to my yahoo acocount [email protected]
