Suddenly, this error occurs too. Like it’s unable to fetch the service worker even though it exists at the file directory.

May I know why the installability only occurs on the homepage, and not the rest of the pages? I only get the install app button on the homepage, but then not on the rest of the sitemaps of the website.

    Please check and thank you.

We inspected your site and there is an issue with one signal for inner pages. For that, we have created a GitHub ticket. Our developers will work on it and get back to you with an update.

For reference you can track on this below ticket:

Yes, and the problem is even for the homepage, after a refresh, the install app icon is gone. It only comes out during the first load after clearing cache. Cheers, and let me know ??

I notice it’s because there are two service workers statuses. If I stop it, the install button comes back again, but after a refresh there are two service workers statuses again, thus the install button doesn’t pop up. How do I create just one status for the service worker that has been activated cheers. Here’s a screenshot of what’s happening.

Just to update: issue is gone when I disable the OneSignal plugin. Is there any way we can fix this mate?

    (@superpwa)

It is not two service workers, only a single service worker. It doing your caching work.
one is waiting until the front request is completed their operation.

Is there any workaround to this? My site works per normal without activation of One Signal. But I do need the notifications. Is it a common problem with everyone that has Superpwa and One signal installed or is it just me?

    (@superpwa)

We are checking. Please wait for some time and once it is done will get back immediately.

It’s not an issue. it will be resolved in crome 90.

You can refer to the below tutorial for more info:

So after Chrome 90, this issue will no longer be a problem? The waiting for activation service worker?
