Installability error “Page does not work offline”

  • Hi,

    We have the PRO version of this plugin which includes the Extensions and the Extensions Manager. We followed everything in the documentations properly and we are getting 100% PWA score from PWA testing sites BUT:

    1. We get installability error “Page does not work offline”
    2. The push notification feature both with firebase and the recommended (pushnotifications.io) produce JS errors that causes the site to fail PWA testing siting the Service Worker as the point of failure. (the same goes for the Offline Forms feature and several others)
    3. The Pull to refresh feature returns a 404(cannot load resource) in the console
    4. After eliminating all the Features and extensions that are causing JS errors and PWA testing failure. We get 100% score again in PWA testing but the Installability error still remains.

    We have already tested another plugin and it works right off the bat with minimal setup.
    We are willing to give this plugin another chance since we already paid for it.
