install xampp error

  • Using XP, following the tutorial Xampp and WordPress Install at Tamba2 https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/xampp/, and got the following in the browser Fatal error: Call to undefined function did_action() in C:\Program Files\xampplite\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 1345
